We custom-develop each team-building workshop to fit the goals of each specific company or team. During the course of carrying out specific assignments, the team learns more about the different phases of team building, and each member’s individual responsibility for the functioning of a good team becomes crystal clear. Indoor and outdoor learning projects reflect these processes and illustrate typical problems in team communication and potential strategies for solving them.

Conducting meetings efficiently and successfully

Life is too short for boring meetings!

The course participants learn to recognize the importance of proper preparation for an efficient and successful meeting. Structuring and setting goals for meetings are a central topic during the workshop. The course participants train in their role as moderators and practice dealing with touchy situations and individuals in meetings.
